What should I do if there is a shipping issue or I receive damaged goods?

In the event an order has been incorrectly processed or an incorrect or damaged item is sent, we will gladly take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact customer support via webcha t between Monday and Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am -12.30pm.
