The serial number is typically embossed on the underside of your machine. It will consist of five numbers, for example 50424. You may need a good light source to see it, but it is printed on every single one of our products. On a portable air conditioner it may consist of 8 numbers, and if this is the case it will often be found on the top right hand corner of the rating label.
